Schweppes have reacted pretty quickly to the new layout of the Facebook profile page, which has allowed many users to customise their profile pages to make them look like the above (the first of these I saw, created by Alexandre Outin).
Schweppes new Facebook profile app (by Super Social) allows you to easily create this yourself. They’re neither the first nor the only party to provide this service (e.g. Your New Profile), but it’s involving itself in a trend fairly early on and has created a service with a purpose and an ability to spread.
